September 27, 2018

Date: Sunday, September 29, 2018

Time: 2pm - 4pm

Location: Welsh Hall 311, Brock University main campus

This workshop will be facilitated by Lydia Collins. This workshop will be about:

Deconstructing mainstream ways of prioritizing self-care and putting a focus on self-care as a way of healing. Raising concerns of what is accessible for certain folks in regards to self-care, and reinforcing the importance of it not having to be a tangible object or activity, but instead can be much smaller, inner changes that improve our way of living and bring us a sense of healing. This workshop will focus mostly on giving different possibilities for self-care.
