The teams OPIRG Brock and Willow Arts Community want to celebrate and commemorate the profound impact Kahlin Holmes has contributed to our spaces and the lives of so many people in our communities.
Kahlin was an artist, neighbour, active OPIRG Brock member and Willow Arts Community collaborator whose work, dedication and friendship has meant so much to so many people. We will be forever grateful to Kahlin and honour the work, impact, and care she put into building healthy, connected, and engaged communities.
We will always miss Kahlin, and are processing the array of sadness, anger, and grief that comes up in these moments of loss. We are sending love, warmth, strength and support to Kahlin's family members, friends, communities, and all of those who hold her dear.
Please take a few moments to read Kahlin's obituary and a recent post from Better Neighbourhoods Inc. to understand all of the different ways she contributed to our communities and to continue your activism in a way that continues the fight for a better world.
